Hurricane Helene aftermath .. grateful for opportunity to serve @fema.
As you see with the recent Los Angeles fires, disasters happens quickly and as a Reservist you have to mobilize AND get there even quicker.
Caution was advised on social media out of respect for those impacted by Helene, so I didn't post much.
Would I do it again? ABSODAMNLUTELY.. Alot of work & sometimes travel but when a opportunity presents itself, go for it. LUCK = Opportunity + Preparation .. and I was prepared! I just never had the opportunity nor privilege until now. Thank you #fema for bringing in new diverse talent to help Americans.
