A Topic that often goes un-talked about: Men’s Mental Health
As I said in the video, for years and years there has been a stigma around Mens Mental Health. In recent years, we have become more open to talking about this issue but it still isn’t talked about enough.
Whether you struggle, have struggled with depression, anxiety or stress etc. I want to let you know that you are not alone and it’s okay to ask for help.
Take some time in your schedule here and there to checkup on family and friends, it could go a long way.
And lastly checkup on yourself.
As Marshawn Lynch would say:
“Take care of y'all bodies, take care of y'all chicken, and. take care of y'all mentals”
My DM’s are always open for anyone who needs someone to talk to.
