GIRL, ME TOO. And I have some resources to help you. But let’s remember a couple things. 🥰I’m not a wife yet, but I’m pretty sure “That wife”, (the one we imagine, the one who spills out sunshine and smiles 24/7 and does everything right) I’m pretty sure she doesn’t exist…We all sin. Everyday. We fall short in every aspect of life. We get frustrated and annoyed and we say and do things we shouldn’t. And that will continue even as a wife. So, above all, we need to learn to cling to Jesus. Not just as a wife but in all of life. He is our grace and forgiveness in the midst of shortfalls. He is our strength when we are weak. 🤍Okay, now onto how to be the best wife ever.😎Personally, the organizing, cooking, money management, decorating, bible reading, etc. doesn’t come naturally to me at all. Ive always felt a little incompetent in those spaces. 🤷🏼♀️I also thought you couldn’t be good at this stuff unless you were taught from a young age or had the natural abilities. But lucky for us, I was wrong. :)This stuff can be learned. And it’s not as hard as you might think! The hardest part is staying consistent with everything. Especially with a busy life. Here you go:🤍1. GOD MADE YOU YOU FOR A REASON. You have unique gifts that no one else has, and God gave you them to serve others. Stop comparing and use them! “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” 1 corinthians 12:4-7🤍2. IT’S OKAY TO BE WEAK because Jesus is strong :) We sin and fall short everyday. But Jesus forgives and He gives us strength. “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10🤍3. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, EVEN WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT. We live in a broken world and it can get dark. It can get lonely. When it feels like there’s no one who understands or sees you, God does. “Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your ri
