Hey, I’m Izzy! And trust me… I’ve had *plenty* of mobility issues too.
I grew up playing handball 🤾♀️ (yep, the super random sport no one in the U.S. knows). Being an overhead athlete messed up my shoulders and mobility big time. When I got into CrossFit, I realized just how bad it was… I could barely get under a barbell. Coaches would yell about my mobility, but no one actually showed me how to fix it.
So I had to figure it out myself — and that’s why I’m so big on “skin in the game.” I don’t teach anything I haven’t lived.
These days I do a hybrid training a mix of CrossFit 🏋🏻♀️ + running 🏃🏻♀️ and mobility is what keeps me moving well and pain-free.
A few things about me:
🇧🇷 Lived in Brazil for 20+ years
🇺🇸 Moved back to the US about 4 years ago
I seriously believe your body can do anything if you train it for it.
And I’m *not* that PT who tells you to stop training just because something hurts. Nope. I’ll help you work through it so you can keep doing what you love while rehabbing. Rehab is TRAINING in the presence of injury/pain and that’s how I’ll help you.
I love reading, good coffee, slow mornings, deep squats every day, and “brushing my joints” with mobility work.
I’m here to share my journey and help you with yours 🤍 I appreciate each one of you and if you could share in the comments how I helped you so far I’d be very grateful

Here’s some other facts about me:
I was born in the 🇺🇸 & lived in 🇧🇷 for over 20 years before finally moving back to the 🇺🇸 3 years ago.
I was aggressively passionate about handball 🤾♀️ - definitely not a popular sport in the US. Nowadays I stick to a hybrid training: CrossFit 🏋🏻♀️ + running 🏃🏻♀️
I truly believe that the body is capable of doing anything as long as it’s trained for it.
I’m not that type Physical Therapist that will tell you to quit what you love doing in order to rehab. I’ll grab your hand and help you overcome your pain and get you ready for whatever you’re training for!
I help people overcome aches & injuries without having to “quit” training.
I enjoy reading, a gooooood cup of coffee, slow mornings, deep squatting everyday & brushing my joints everyday - I do that thru mobility training.
I’m here to share my journey and help you along the way 🤍 let’s get more mobile together!?
