My heart is only working 25%, I have congestive heart failure also, i Almost died this last time My CHF was really bad, so bad I was going into respiratory failure, soon i will have another echo done and find out If i have to have a defibrillator put in me. The doctors told me based on my enzyme count and my EF number i wont see 46
