Is the person I'm teaching actually able to receive, apply, and translate what l'm teaching into real results?
It's not enough to just teach, the lesson has to be repped out consistently. True understanding only happens when the student can clearly explain the concept back to you. That's when you know they've actually grasped it.
As you see in the video, most kids automatically say "yes" to everything, whether it's due to not wanting to stand out, low confidence, or something else.
Students are only as good as their teacher. It's on the teacher to continue instilling the lesson until it clicks.
Repetition with intent is what moves the needle !
