I’m seriously bursting with excitement and pride right now because… today we can officially announce that we are one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers!!!!

This has been a dream of mine since before I was even a business owner, and it’s something that I have worked towards ever since starting Jillian Harris Design and The Jilly Box.

My parents always told me if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life, and I feel the same about being an employer. When you treat your employees like you truly love and care for them, it works out to everyone’s benefit, and being recognized for this achievement is a testament to that. From day one, it’s been my goal to make my company one that I would actually want to work for. From quarterly DEI training, working with brands that align with our core values, to paid birthdays off and extra long weekends and an extensive benefits package... we’ve built a company culture that I’m SO proud of.
