Graduate of the then Faculty of Technology, Civil engineering department of Makerere University with secondary class honours degree in 1986

Retired from Civil service, as a Principal engineer with Ministry of Works and Transport

Member of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers since 1998

Registered engineer with the Engineers Registration Board since 1998
