My name is Jose Perez, and I have been in the world of fitness for 9 years. I have owned 2 gyms with more than 400 members. I am a professional athlete in CrossFit being the number one in my category for more than 5 consecutive years in my country Venezuela and currently among the top 100 athletes in the world. I have participated in many competitions worldwide nationally with recognition and achievements achieved under a regime of nutrition and training that you can also achieve if you follow my councils. I'm also a certified fitness coach in CrossFit for level 1.
