I’ve been in such an ADHD hole since I got back from my trip. The struggle bus is real. I get stuck because I have so much to accomplish, but then when I go to do a task I get distracted with all my other tasks. I keep reminding myself action precedes motivation but it’s easier said than done! Send help. Please tell me there’s other people that can relate to this!
