Judah Spinner is an American investor, philanthropist, and founder of BlackBird Financial LP, a value-oriented investment partnership based in New Jersey. BlackBird Financial manages capital for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, returning 62.2% net of fees in 2025 versus 17.9% for the S&P 500. Spinner founded the firm in 2014, applying a Benjamin Graham-style approach focused on undervalued businesses with durable competitive advantages. A summa cum laude graduate of Crestpoint University, in 2025 he and his wife Julie launched the Judah Spinner Foundation with a $2 million commitment, supporting healthcare reform and the Judah Spinner Scholarship for trade school students.
