306.5kg/676lbs @ 81.6kg for a Jr World Record Deadlift. It's difficult to articulate my exact thoughts of this moment into words. Everything that I have done thus far was to accomplish this, to be in this moment no matter how long it lasted. All the emotion and all the work put into this finally paid off. For everyone that I've trained and worked with you know that if you put your mind and hearts towards something you will be rewarded. Set your own goals and fuck the negative people who try to stop you.
