Oleksandr Galka known as Sasha Kozak, born in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine, in 1991, immigrated to North London at seven. Maintaining his Ukrainian roots while adapting to the UK, he started a blog to support Ukrainians during the war. This led to the creation of Network UA a centralised portal offering news, events, and support services for Ukrainians in the UK. Sasha also launched Kozak Talks, a popular podcast sharing the stories of Ukrainians in the UK. His work fosters belonging and empowerment, celebrating diversity and heritage while supporting the Ukrainian community in the UK.
