Kyon Ball

Hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, Kyon Ball is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer whose musical journey began at age 7, playing drums in church. That early connection to rhythm and spirituality shaped his foundation. Over time, he expanded into piano, guitar, ukulele, and music production, performing in steel bands and school percussion programs.

Now based in California, Kyon blends Southern roots, church-bred soul, and self-taught production into a genre-bending sound rooted in R&B, soul, and alternative influences. His music is moody, emotional, and deeply personal—reflecting both where he’s been and where he’s headed.
