Early morning shoot with the crazy talented @kurtvandeweerdt πΈ

For many years I was on automatic pilot going from degree to degree not really reflecting on what I wanted to do with my life. I was good at sciency stuff, but did the work I was doing really got me up in the morning?
Mhh not always. I love to draw/be creative but was I technically skilled enough to make a living out of it?
Hell noπ . Then there was my medical history, going from being often ill to now 1 year after intense research (on my own - mostly reversing the damage my doctors had done) to be completely medication free !! πMore people need to know about the science that is just out there in scientific articles but just do not reach the
public. I am here to help with that πͺ
.
Luckily I realised early on that you can create any life you want, no matter what.
To find out my dream career I reflected deeply and used (among others) the Ikigai concept.
Are you familiar with this Japanese philosophy?
Ikigai focuses four qualities for finding your dream career:
What do you love?
What are you good at?
What can you get paid for?
And you, have you found your Ikigai yet?π«
Trust me, it is SO worth it to do the reflection.πβ€οΈ
PS: can someone send me some kasteel bier rouge?
Missing the good Belgian beers here in Bali π
