Welcome to Legendary Aviation Coffee, a company born out of a passion for both aviation and exceptionally great tasting boujee coffee. Our story began in 2019 within the mecca of aviation in Palmdale, CA, home to some of the most legendary aircrafts and aviation pioneers history has ever known. As a disabled veteran who served in the Army Aviation Battalions, our founder, a flight test engineer turned coffee roaster, had a vision to create a line of single origin style coffee that would match the industry's need for smooth, high-quality caffeine boosts, to keep engineers and pilots ready for action.
