We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Philippe Bertineau, Maître Cuisinier de France, to kick off Monday dinner service at Veau d’Or with a night of Cassoulet!
The prix-fixe will showcase a menu surrounding one of Philippe’s famous Cassoulets for each table. Caroline Hesse, founder of C.Hesse Cheese will also be rolling in with her signature cheese cart for this special event.
