I get this question, All. The. Time. 🤔 Here's the simple answer:
I felt compelled to share the lessons I learned as a fighter pilot—and now as an entrepreneur and speaker—with others.
Helping others overcome challenges that I struggled with energizes me. It gives my life purpose and meaning.
Sure, I occasionally think about what life would look like if I had taken a more expected route.
Building a business was hardly the safe or expected path, but it was the right one for me.
But I believe you will NEVER regret pursuing your passion.
Even if you fail, you'll never have to wonder, "What if?"
Remember, a life aligned with your authentic self is a life well-lived!
Have you felt pulled toward pursuing a passion that was outside the expected path?

Until we do them.
When I first sat in the cockpit as a student pilot, I didn’t know if I could handle the pressure. My inner critic was loud. But I pushed forward anyway.
When I joined the Thunderbirds, the stakes felt even higher — performing in front of crowds and representing the Air Force on a global stage. I didn’t feel ready for that either. But I showed up, learned, and grew through the challenges.
And today, as a keynote speaker, I still face that nervous energy before stepping on stage. But I’ve learned that the more you do, the more you become ready.
And while you may believe you aren’t ready to:
• lead that project (or that team)
• step into a bigger role (or take on a challenge)
• speak on that stage (or in that meeting)
As you start working toward those goals today, even without feeling ready, you’ll discover something powerful: You 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 the person who is ready along the way.
So:
✅ Embrace discomfort.
✅ Take the leap.
✅ Do the thing.
Because the more you do, the more you’ll grow into the person ready to take on whatever comes next. ✌️

Why aren't you flying for the airlines?"

We rarely feel ready for the things that push us out of our comfort zone…
Until we do them.
