you've been gone. Hammer grew up so fast. He
motivated me everyday to be a better version of

He is my hero. I miss him every single day. It sure has

43 years of age vs Shogun Hua in
Tokyo, Japan, for Pride. It was my last fight on my
contract and my job was on the line. The bosses
didn't think I could beat him so they gave me three
months notice. Big mistake. when prepared properly
I was very dangerous and I won. It was one of the
highest of all time highs. Today I feel grateful for
everything I have and it reminds me of the feelings i
