βSo this was the email sent out after 4 deputies committed suicide in 24 hours. They know this is taxing for everyone and itβs causing some serious problems. Thereβs higher ups getting payed way more to fix solutions like this but they wonβt.
They say theyβre going to fix things and then they increase the overtime to 6 spots. Of course everyone was pissed so they revisited the schedule and brought it back down to 5. 5 spots per deputy is insane when thereβs no end in sight. We already have a double in our schedule. So youβre working 16 hours at least once a week without OT. I know a girl at nccf working 6 mandatory spots but is having to work 8-10 just to prevent from getting drafted.β
Four #LASD deputies committed suicide in 24 hours. And this is the response? This is the βsolutionβ and the help these employees are getting? What a shameful, disgusting precedent this organization is imposing onto their people. @lasdhq you should be ashamed of yourselves.

There was a point I wasnβt sure if I would celebrate another birthday, but Iβm telling youβ¦ it gets better.
