How To Make (More) Money on Airbnb in 2025 - Secret Money Maker

I’ve been getting this question a lot By using the right tools I’m able to automate 90% of the day..

When we were getting into real estate 5 years ago we learned that not all debt is bad...

We wanted to be there to see our kids grow up.
We wanted to be able to travel anywhere we wanted, whenever we wanted with our family.
We wanted to raise a family in a nice and safe area.
So we worked towards that.
We worked hard at our 9-5 jobs, lived below our means and invested our money in short term rentals.
And we’re extremely grateful to be able to say that today we live the life we dreamt about 5 years ago.

You don’t.
You just need the right tools, the right data, and a proven playbook.
I built 14 Airbnbs doing $250k+/mo in revenue — and today AI and other apps makes it easier than ever to find the right market, the right property, and the right amenities before you spend a single dollar.
Swipe to see exactly how I’d invest my money in 2026 👉
If you’re looking to get started this year but need some clarity on the process...

Our goal was to attain financial freedom within 10 years.
To our surprise, we managed to do it in just 12 months.
Our money beliefs changed when our first very first rental property was set to make $7k in cash flow in the third month.
That’s when we knew we had to go all in…
I liquidated my retirement account.
My wife liquidated her IRA account.
And we used that money to buy our second unit.
(That’s how confident we were in our strategy)
Fast forward to last month…
We made a total of $89,377 across 6 Airbnb properties.
If you want to learn more about our story and how we did it, make sure you read the actual thread to the end.
Hope you can learn some valuable lessons from our journey!
