Cruising sub-6 pace for the marathon is a big one for me.

The training cycle for this Chicago Marathon was the hardest I've done & fittest I've ever been.

Left it all out there on the race course, literally — barfed at the finish line.

I believe this plane can fly even higher.

But for now, we celebrate.

Thank you to my wife @amytbrandt, coach @lawrence_char, the whole team at @ketone, and everyone I had the chance to share miles with today and in training the last few months. This sport takes so much but gives it back ten-fold. ❤️‍🔥
