First of many to come but WOW was I ever terrified!!! When no one else has tried this dive, we didn’t know if it was possible which made it so scary 🥵 But, my coach and I put so much work in all year knowing we would have to try my normal running quad standing here and we were SO READY 😍💪 Super happy with how much speed and float time I had and cannot wait to compete it tomorrow!

HUGE GOAL ALERT 😍🚨❤️
27 meters at 27 years old.

This dive has lived in my heart for years.
The one I’ve quietly wondered about… but never thought I could accomplish.

For so long, I shrank myself.
Tried to be smaller or “Perfect.”
Let anxiety run the show.
Let my body feel like something I had to control instead of trust.

Now? I finally love this body! And I’m so curious to see what it’s capable of when I stop doubting it and start believing in it 🥹

I want to put myself on the highest permanent platform in the world not to prove anything…but to stop hiding. To take up space. To fully embrace my bravest self. ❤️

This jump is for the girl who thought fear meant she wasn’t brave. Turns out… fear is exactly where bravery lives. ✨

I can’t wait to share the next 256 days with you as I work toward this dream dive. Follow along for the highs, the lows, and most importantly… the growth. I’M SO EXCITED (and nervous hahahahha) 😍🤯🤢🤪😈❤️💪🥰
