1. Sauté spinach in butter, add salt and give it to your kids. You think they aren’t going to eat it but I’m telling you they are! My kids beg for spinach. And candy. But still. It’s a win, don’t be afraid to try!
2. Add raw broccoli into the boiling water when you cook Mac and cheese. Then strain with noodles and add the cheese packet. We never made Mac and cheese without adding broccoli so they literally don’t know any different. It’s all about balance!
3. Have your kids help you peel and chop carrots. And then actually cut them yourself and store them in water in the fridge! No more of those weird nubby, slimy carved baby carrots. Bleh!

Mother of Dragons, let’s be honest, this feels like a role I embody everyday. The cutest baby dragon, a Bam Bam dragon, iron man and Adam the gold digger. And the most fun with Princess Peach and company. This was the first sprinting-to-the-front-door Halloween and it was the most fun. Really feels like I want to just slow down time right now. The stoke is real. Anyone else? Ryker asked me to lock his Halloween Candy in the supplement cabinet so the switch witch doesn’t get all of it, and Brecken is currently asleep with his bucket under the covers. There was no way he was letting it out of sight. I should have been the wicked witch for Halloween because I already threw away 80% of the candy..
