36I know that between juggling work, family, relationships, personal activities, and as prices continue to rise, things can get hectic to say the least… but when you take a moment to slow down, and see the world from someone else’s perspective who’s in need of a helping hand, you’ll realize how quickly you begin to see the beauty in the little things again.
So as you write your goals for 2024, I want to invite you to plan to give back in some way next year. Now it doesn’t have to be money, there are so many other ways you can give back, whether that be volunteering with a local organization, cleaning up the beach, taking a sheltered dog out for a walk, or just simply reading a book to a child, your time and your efforts are more valuable than you can imagine. With small acts of selflessness we can create a wave a change that is needed now more than ever, but it has to start with you.
Here are some of my efforts from this year in hopes to create a better world for all, it might not be a lot, but little by little I know I’m making an impact.

As 2023 comes to an end and people start making their New Year’s resolutions, vision boards and so on… I’m posting this video in hopes to inspire at least one person to include giving back in their goals for the upcoming year.
