My challenge to you is to see how you can incorporate more of nature into your biohacking routine.

Supplements should be viewed as strategic tools rather than daily essentials. By cycling them, you maximize their benefits while avoiding diminishing returns or unintended side effects.
While most supplements should be cycled, I do want to note that foundational supplements like magnesium, vitamin D3 (with K2), and essential amino acids can be taken consistently without cycling because they are often difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts through diet alone.
However, even with vitamin D3, it's important to periodically test your levels to avoid over-supplementation!

Unlike regular honey, Manuka honey:
🍯 Contains elevated levels of hydrogen peroxide that inhibit bacterial growth
🍯Has antimicrobial properties effective against multiple pathogens
🍯Is being studied for its anti-inflammatory effects
🍯May support immune function through its antioxidant properties
Always look for responsibly sourced Manuka honey from beekeepers who practice sustainable methods and care for their bees properly. The best-quality Manuka honey comes from limited harvests during the short blooming season of the tea tree flower.

Recently I did a post on Manuka Honey and it TANKED. Why?! I'm so frustrated because this is one of the most powerful biohacks I'm using right now. Just because it isn't tech or supplements doesn't mean it's not powerful.

For most non-foundational supplements, I recommend a three-month cycle followed by a break of at least one month.

Manuka honey comes from bees that pollinate the tea tree (Manuka) flowers in New Zealand. What makes it special is its high concentration of MGOs (methy|glyoxal), which give it potent antibacterial properties.
