Still can’t believe I danced in the Rio Carnival parade with Botafogo Samba Clube — on Brazilian TV, dressed like a literal trophy, lifted by a crane onto a moving float, 3 meters up, praying it was built with more than just glitter and hope.
Peak “trophy wife” energy, mild safety hazard, and 100% a dream come true — samba-ing through the most magical carnival on Earth.
