If you recall, we rescued Indie, heavily pregnant, from the side of the road near our rescue facility during a heatwave.
An hour after we rescued her, Indie went into labor, which resulted in an emergency surgery and the loss of her seven puppies.
We believe Indie lived outside for most of her pregnancy and life, as she was covered in flies and flea bites. She also most likely never received proper care, which is why her puppies didnโt survive.
Despite everything, Indie is an incredible dog. She is the sweetest little lady, and she loves everyone and other dogs as well.
We would love nothing more than to find her a loving home with someone who will love and care for her, as she deserves it so much.
Now that Indie has fully recovered from her surgery, all she needs is a home!
