The 6 weeks Sprint & Track training guide is the brainchild created with 50+ years of BMX race experience between ECP & I. We’ve combined everything we know and worked it into a clean, effective and user friendly app experience.
For those of you who have been following along lately, know I choose not to spend any time in the gym. Not that I never have, but because I choose to focus on training the part that I enjoy the most: The riding.
This guide will provide you with 6 days a week of structured training options that work with whatever schedule you have. Whether it’s school or work, rain or shine; If you can make time to train, there is an option. With a few fun Captain Challenges thrown in, this is truly a 1 of a kind program that will better prepare you for your race day. No matter if it’s a Tuesday local or the World Championships, everyone can gain something from this guide.
