1428NX3 Commercial Group is seeking a driven, detail-oriented intern to gain hands-on exposure to commercial real estate investment sales. This is a hands-on role working directly with brokerage leadership in a fast-paced net lease environment.
What You’ll Gain Exposure To:
• NNN deal underwriting and financial modeling
• Cap rate and valuation analysis
• Market research and property evaluation
Ideal Candidate:
• Major in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or Economics
• Strong Excel skills
• Professional communication skills
• Interested in building a long-term career in commercial brokerage
Location: Fort Lauderdale (in-office preferred)
