NYC Firefighter to $60M+ in Real Estate. Here's how I did it:

18 years ago, I was a rookie fireman working 24-hour shifts.

Off-duty? I was OBSESSED with real estate.

Saved every penny. Age 25, I bought my first duplex (May 2009).

Swung the hammer myself, made TONS of mistakes.

Those mistakes? Became my expertise.

Launched a construction company in 2012.

Kept building, kept buying.

8 years later: 50 units, $10M in real estate.

But I wanted to scale fast...
