The heaviest I ever was 420 pounds versus today 272 pounds. I tried on my own and failed and failed again and again!

I was depressed, felt hopeless, and accepted a reality that I created in my mind! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!

So I made a decision. That decision was as to reach out for help from professionals that know about fitness and nutrition and have them lead me to the way of becoming a healthier person.

I started January 4th of this year on my Total Recreation. I am down 107 pounds 36% body fat and 14 inches on my waist.

I made a decision every day to become better than I was yesterday! I listen to the advice for the pros Justin Cross Adam Jeremiah and Aaron Williamson.
