Let me start by saying, what you initially think it takes to achieve something, buckle up: it's a lot more. Maybe 10 times more.
I'm not here to discourage you, but to keep it real. Hence why I'm writing you these golden points I learned about training weights and contortion for the respective 22 and 11 past years.
1. It's not only about training. Many people believe that as long as they train, that's all they gotta do. It's not that easy.
As much as training itself is the actually
"main protagonist" to change and get you closer to your goals, that is only a fraction of what is really needed in order to improve. Other ESSENTIAL factors are: sleep (without sleep there is no training), diet (nutritious, clean food, enough protein), hydration (your muscles and joints need water to perform at their best), recovery (time off, mentally and physically away from training), stress management (stress is the silent killer), mental health (can't maintain training if depressed, negative, constantly demotivated etc), environment (where you train, who you surround yourself with). All those must be taken in consideration. Training alone isn't enough.
(Continued in comments)

I look forward to work with clients seeking to create or advance their practice, become stronger and more flexible but most of all overcoming the myth that you have to choose one over the other. Strength is in fact absolutely needed in flexibility, and flexibility is needed for a pain free body able to explore deeper ranges in strength.
The most common obstacles when trying to achieve goals is lack of consistency and lack structure/guidance. The program tackles these specific issues, making you more responsible and knowing what to do, step by step, day by day, week by week.

Next time I'll open spots will be next year

Music takes a whole other meaning when artists die. They become the music, and live forever thru it.

I'm opening 3 spots for Fall for those interested to work with me online 1:1. These programs are not advertised much here or on my site as I have rarely open spots!
