Train a model to detect voices similar to your artist then automatically flag and file copyright claims to any music posted on any streaming platforms and all social platforms. artists.
Have it detect any voice with a 90%+ match and file a claim. Anything with a 50%+ match should be manually reviewed by a human.
They already have tech like this to detect music being illegally posted and those videos get flagged and either removed or the ad revenue gets sent to the labels.
