Student is captivated
Teacher yearns to find the path,
From soul to mysterious mind
Yet
Student offers his mind with a smile,
He desires to be understood,
For no one has done so before.
Student and teacher teacher and student
Connect
In a world, which exists In their minds
Existing in each others paths intertwined
Tavel together in order to complete their paths,
Which race from mind to soul.
Languish amidst the
Knowledge of the soul, Feel your way to
Destiny
And,
To Know
Never to look back.

25“Beaching the Boat”
Oxen-
The big life you lead,
Your imagination
Sail away,
Need help from animals
to beach the boat
that is in the water?
The abyss of the ocean,
the grounding of the collaboration of pebbles of sand on the beach
enables a scene,
The oxen are working
The sky paints clouds,
the men work oxen
In a way the ocean
and the sky are the same color.

I read one of my ekphrastic poems @bocamuseum last month. I chose this painting entitled “Beaching the Boat” by Joaquin Sorolla as my inspiration. For those who are not familiar with the term, ekphrastic poetry is a vivid, detailed poetic description or interpretation of a work of visual art.
“Beaching the Boat”
Oxen-
The big life you lead,
Your imagination
Sail away,
Need help from animals
to beach the boat
