Dov Ber Cohen

𝐄𝐠𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬 “𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝.”
𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬 “𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝.” @rabbidovberofficial speaks about the ego, what Judaism calls the yetzer hara.

The ego tells us:
You are what you own.
You are how you look.
The more you have, the more you are.

But Judaism teaches something radically different.

After a student told him,
“Rabbi… you look better without a beard,”
he replied with a smile:

“I know. That’s why I have one.
I’m not here to look good.
I’m here to be good.”

That’s the shift.
From ego to purpose.
From image to impact.
