Tattoo - fighter’ Is mental health awareness month 💚 I got this tattoo as a reminder with the semicolon symbol of mental health The option to stop, but the decision to keep going. I hope this encourages anyone out there that is struggling to keep going. This tattoo holds special meaning and everytime I look back at it, it continues to motivate me and remind myself that I can do it. It’s Mental Health Awareness month, I hope all of you are checking in on loved ones. 🙏🏼

I’m passionate about mental health, advocating for it continuously. Having to faced my own struggles, I’ve discovered coping mechanisms and am still learning. My aim is to share what I learn to help others going through similar experiences.
