I started my journey with his SMMA course and
I told myself I would fucking become one of the best FB media buyers and guess what? I am and from there, things flourished.
3 things I took from the event:
1. Collective intelligence is better than Al as of now.
Ex: When solving a problem, you need to pull information from a magnitude of people and then form an actionable idea into one thing.
2. Every brand needs a slogan. It makes the brand stand out and be remembered.
Ex: MAGA E
ALLSTATE: You're In Good Hands
NIKE: Just Do It
3. The person who experiments the most in their business will win faster than those that don't.
We've been doing this for a while, you see the fucking numbers. People lie, numbers don't.

I decided to drop bombs and shoot nothing but value &
I was asked by @itsmalby and at first, I said no because I was too "busy" then @loshustle asked me afterward and I said
"well this is a sign to just say yes"
I said yes knowing this is going to be a big step for me. I'm great at speaking and! love it but, speaking in front of a crowd has always been intimidating.
However, I knew the outcome was greater and I'm all about walking the talk. So you can't be someone saying "DONT BE A BITCH AND DO BITCH SHIT.
Although I was a bit nervous, I executed my speech and fuking delivered actionable Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat ads formulas that people can apply tonight and get results. NO CAP haha
You can only get better by doing more of it, so, expect me to speak more often now!
3 things I took from this event
1) Empower your people and team. Don't talk down to them, talk up to them.
2) In the ecom space, we tend to see each other as competition but, we're the only ones that understand our wins and losses.
At this event, I see everyone as family.
3) Be sure that everyone in your team is always increasing their skills by always learning more.
