ingredients for the base:
200g your fave biscuits
90g melted unsalted butter
grind the cookies in a food processor and melt the butter. add lemon zest, then mix them, and tamp into your pan (bottom and sides should be about the same thickness).
ingredients for the cheesecake:
600g cream cheese
80g regular sugar
20g plain flour
160g greek yogurt
30g lemon juice
4g vanilla extract
2 eggs
beat eggs, add cream cheese, greek yogurt then sugar and salt. mix thoroughly, add lemon juice and starch. pour the cream into your pan with a ready-made bottom and level it.
place the cheesecake pan in a roasting pan, filling it with hot water. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees C for about 60 minutes. When the cheesecake is ready, don’t
take it out of the oven right away to avoid cracks. open the oven door and leave it there until it cools completely to room temperature. then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

50g water
40g lemon juice
30g regular sugar
12g corn starch
10g unsalted butter
lemon zest to taste

200g cream (33% fat)
combine all ingredients except butter in a saucepan and cook until thickened. then turn off the heat, add oil, mix and cool to room temperature.
whip the cream, add the cooled curd to the cream, and then spread it with a spatula o


for chia seeds pancakes:
2 tbsp chia seeds
150 ml oat milk
2 tsp of coconut sugar or other sweetener to taste
pinch of salt
mix the ingredients and leave overnight.
1 egg
1 tbsp greek yog
2 tbsp plain flour
mix the ingredients and chia pudding, and then fry in a preheated skillet as usual.
for matcha cream:
2 tbsp greek yog
1 tsp matcha
sweetener to taste
mix thoroughly until smooth and use as a topping for pancakes. cut your favorite fruits and enjoy❤️
