saw video in the locker room. My instinct is fight not
flight. I was definitely out at that point and just
operating on instinct. Don't even remember shooting
the shot. Wanted to take a second to congratulate my
opponent, he won fair and square. But I really want to
thank all the people that have showed me love and
support for this fight and in my career in general. You
guys are the best. I will be back training today as is
my normal routine, win, lose or draw. This loss will
not define me or my career. And an important thank
you to my @modernwarriormma family
