I started in entry-level roles at McDonald’s and Wendy’s, mastering pace and teamwork, then advanced quickly at Chili’s, where I found my passion for operations. At Olive Garden, I grew into management while earning my Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management.
I’ve led teams at P.F. Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, and others. Today, I’m a Restaurant Leader at Yard House, focused on developing people and future leaders.
