2024, you were hard, sad, and humbling -but you taught me lessons I'Il carry forever. Losing my father started something new within me: a deep understanding that time
is precious. I will never take another day for granted or hold back from telling someone I love them. Moving forward, my focus is on building real, lasting relationships with those I
hold dear. On the bright side, I closed 19 first-time buyers this year, 15 of whom were Veterans. My Veteran clients hold a special place in my heart-they are the backbone of my business. Many of these families brought minimal amounts to closing, and three even walked away with a little something back, which is almost unheard of. Helping these
families achieve their dream of homeownership is a privilege I don't take lightly. We also ended the year on an exciting note-my husband and I purchased a couple of lots, and with the help of our awesome and talented son-in-law, we're going to build
beautiful homes perfect for first-time buyers. We can't wait to see these dreams come to life! I'm endlessly grateful for a career that allows me to see my kids off to school, greet them when they get home, and show them the value of hard work and compassion. 2024 may not have been my easiest year, but it was full of growth, gratitude, and perseverance. Here's to 2025-a year of new opportunities, joy, and cherished memories.
🥂 Cheers to making every single day count!

Four years ago, we adopted our sweet boy Kyle. He was definitely the sweetest, and we will miss him dearly. If you ever have the opportunity to take a senior dog that someone doesn't want anymore, do it. Give them the best life and love them hard.
