In 2020, Shelby reached a personal low point with her health. Determined to make a change, she turned to habit-building and began creating intentional routines that helped her reconnect with her body, energy, and mindset. As she shared her journey online, millions of women resonated with her story—proof that small daily shifts can create meaningful, lasting change.
But as her wellness journey evolved, one area became impossible to ignore: hormone health.
Preparing for a new chapter in life—starting a family—Shelby became increasingly aware of how much hormones influence everything from energy and mood to metabolism and overall well-being. The more she researched, the more she realized how underrepresented and misunderstood women’s hormone health truly is—and how inaccessible good support often feels.
That’s why Rootify was born.
Today, Shelby brings her passion for education and her proven habit-building framework into the world of hormonal wellness. Rootify’s first product, Cycle Sync, was thoughtfully designed to support women through every phase of their cycle—using targeted nutrients that help promote healthy hormone function and daily balance.
Her mission is simple: to help women feel more empowered, more connected, and more in tune with their bodies—one habit at a time.
