That Peter, would've never imagined that he would be jogging outside as an activity that he enjoys doing on a regular basis.
It is really crazy how life plays out. Just a small and simple decision of wanting to burn fat led me to goto the gym, look for effective ways to work out, start eating properly with a nutritious diet, learn how to fast, care about the quality of sleep that I get every night, make a habit of getting exposed to sunlight daily, and ultimately find my purpose and my source of happiness.
You may think that it is impossible to change your life, but that is because you never started. Anything is possible over time if you make the decision to change, and start. The longer you delay, the more of your willpower erodes away. Put an end to it before it is too late.
Start. Show up consistently. Form the habit. And once you learn to enjoy the process, theres no looking back ever. You will have a lifestyle you truly enjoy, and you will become a different person.
Remember, choosing to not change, is a decision in itself. You must decide to change. I promise you, everything will fall into place once you start.
Do not give up and stay consistent.

The most effective and sustainable way to burn fat—and most importantly, keep it off forever—is by creating a lifestyle built around healthy habits. When you form healthy habits, living a healthy lifestyle becomes automatic. You get to LIVE a healthy lifestyle on autopilot.
When most people think about losing weight and burning fat, they assume that going to the gym, doing hours of cardio, eating salads, or even starving themselves is the answer. But that’s simply not true. To achieve lasting results, you must address and fix the root causes that got you to where you are now: your habits and your lifestyle.
Unhealthy habits will ALWAYS sabotage your efforts, no matter how hard you try.
In fact, there are things you might be doing daily that seem “healthy” but are actually counterproductive to your weight-loss goals. By addressing these root problems directly, you can effectively burn fat and, most importantly, keep it off for good.
The key to living a healthy lifestyle is building the right habits through consistent repetition. Over time, these habits will no longer feel like chores but something you genuinely enjoy and want to do. By fixing the root issues and replacing unhealthy habits with better ones, you can completely transform your life.
People get burnt out and give up because they get overwhelmed with all the healthy tips that they need to follow. That is not how you go about fixing you

250 lbs / 113.4 kg. At my lowest physically, mentally, psychologically, spiritually, in every damn way possible.
One of my biggest regret is not taking a lot of pictures when I was overweight. I was too ashamed to even keep photos of myself on my phone. These 2 photos are the only ones that I have of my past.
No experience at the gym, no knowledge of how to workout properly, no knowledge of proper nutrition, no healthy habits, depressed and low on energy, and didnt know where to begin.
But one day, I finally had enough, made the decision to change, and to never look back.
So I started my weight loss journey.
You must START in order to get to where you want to be. You must go through the discomfort, the growing pains, the pain of discipline.
But it will all be worth it in the end.
Always.

I was once a depressed and overweight guy who only went outside to go to work. Always came back home, watched TV, ordered pizza or other junk food from UberEats, scrolled on Instagram, and excluded myself from the world.
