I was missing @unstoppable.mama.bear a lot today and then I realized I had on a copy cat outfit from our @hyroxamerica last summer. I snapped this photo and sent it. 💞

Some moments make me realize how far down I was at the time and I didn’t even know it. Before reaching out to @mikeosunafitness I was the most unhealthy and out of shape I’d ever been in my adult life. Depression, anxiety and fear of embarrassment ALMOST stopped me from making the change I so desperately knew I needed to start making again. For myself.

As of today I am 53% away from our first goal marker. I am taking my goals slow and steady but I am SO proud of myself and visually seeing results feels awesome too 👀💚
