Steve Austin

I’m Steve, the Chief Operating Officer at MAC Residential Services, Inc., where I’ve been employed for 16 years as of July 1, 2025. I also work as the Front of the House/Hospitality Manager at Solon Hotel - Restaurant & Bar since February 10, 2023. I’m passionate about mental health awareness, workplace culture, community service, and sharing cooking tips and recipes. My goals include making a difference in my community through public service, improving workplace culture, and advocating for better access to mental health services. I’m dedicated to creating positive change in both my professional and personal life.
