Steven Wins, is an American rapper from Toledo, Ohio. He became known for his graphic lyrics, often related to his interactions with the women he met while trying to make it as a rapper. Before returning from a long hiatus in 2025, he went by the stage name Giggie Surge. His 2020 street single, “Cold” (produced by Axl Beats) stands as his most popular release to date with over 1 million views on YouTube.
