Sarath Elmer

Sarath Elmer Rem (born April 4, 1989, Vancouver, Washington) is a hands-on thinker and community-minded leader shaped by lived experience rather than traditional paths. A GED graduate who learned through work, responsibility, and consequence, Sarath developed early discipline and self-regulation growing up in high-risk environments.
With a background in skilled trades, most recently welding, he values practical knowledge, restraint, and consistency over image or rhetoric. Influenced by the principles of Martin Luther King Jr., he believes in unity beyond surface divisions, defining family through loyalty, action, and accountability.
