THE 2026 GLOW UP CHALLENGE - link in bio

1. Drinking alcohol like it didn’t matter
I stopped pretending weekend drinks were “harmless.” Alcohol was slowing recovery, affecting sleep, increasing cravings, and holding back my results more than I wanted to admit.
2. Eating out all the time just for convenience
Diners, takeout, and last-minute meals made it impossible to control portions and protein. I didn’t stop going out completely, just pick wiser .
3. Canceling the gym to fit everything else in
I used to move my workouts around my life. Real progress started when I built my life around my training instead of constantly postponing it.
4. Saying yes to plans that didn’t align with my goals
Not every night out needed to happen. I learned that protecting my goals sometimes meant choosing rest, prep, or training over temporary fun.
5. Comparing my body to others online
I stopped measuring my progress against someone else’s genetics, routine, or timeline.
