18Becoming a mother at a young age was not part of my plan, but life had other ideas. I was young, wild, and free, navigating the challenges of motherhood while still figuring out who I was. It was a rollercoaster ride of trials and errors, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.
Watching my little girl transform into a young woman has been a breathtaking experience. She’s grown into her own person, full of dreams, aspirations, and a spirit of independence. And I’ve been fortunate to be a part of this incredible journey.
Sure, there were times when I faltered and fell short of being the perfect mother. We faced our fair share of hardships, but those moments only made our bond stronger. Through it all, my daughter’s resilience and love have inspired me to be a better parent every day.

I’ve been thinking about my journey as a mother to a teenage girl, I am overwhelmed with a mix of emotions. We’ve come a long way and it fills me with a sense of pride and gratitude.
